Your responsibilities as store manager:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business;
• Ensure that your team delivers an outstanding customer experience;
• Ensure administrative and human resources management;
• Control inventories and marketing;
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed;
• Keep your site ready for business to maximize sales;
• Above all, have fun with your co-workers.

 

To be a store manager, you need :

• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) an asset;
• Two years' experience as a retail manager or equivalent experience.
