Salary: $20.90 to $25.00/hour, based on experience.

Your responsibilities as supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate staff activities;
• Assign tasks to sales staff;
• Hire, train, or delegate the training of staff;
• Order and sell merchandise;
• Prepare work schedules
• Prepare reports on sales figures, merchandising techniques, and staff-related issues;
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages;
• Organize and maintain up-to-date inventory;
• Manage cash/register;
• Conduct performance reviews.

To be a supervisor, you need :

• High school diploma (DES) or equivalent;
• Two years' experience as a retail manager or equivalent experience;
• valid Class 5 driver’s license.
